Refund Policy

After an order has been placed there is a small window of time you can change the shipping address, size and/or color by contacting us via email. If you have not yet received your package tracking ID number, then we can typically accommodate your requested change; however, we cannot guarantee this as the package may no longer be in our possession. We will try our best to help you. Use the contact page to contact us! Please know that if you have received your tracking ID number, then it's too late to make changes to the order. RETURN POLICY All returns are on a case-by-case basis and final decisions will be determined by the OUTTA POCKET team. We do not provide return labels unless your order was mailed incorrectly. Please contact us for information regarding a return if you received an incorrect item. In the event you need to return a product, this must be completed within 14 days of your original delivery date.
